CITY OF LONDON APPLICATIONS AND CIVIL SERVICE EXAMINATIONS FOR POLICE OFFICER The City of London, Ohio will be accepting applications and conducting a Civil Service examination for the entry position of POLICE OFFICER on July 27, 2019. Applicants must be twenty-one (21) years of age, have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. The Ohio Peace Officers Training Academy (OPOTA) certificate is not required to take the examination. Applicants will be subject to a background check and interview, a polygraph exam and a medical / physical exam prior to employment.
