support. A couple of years ago Happy Bodies
Gym in Old Stratford helped 82 year old Brian
Hird to successfully run his first half marathon. It
doesn’t have to be exercise, you could learn to
dance, paint your first masterpiece or simply lose
the weight you have always wanted to. No matter
your age believe you can do it and you will!

Sadly older people can become targets for
scammers. Take a look at the interesting

Small businesses make up 99% of businesses in
this country and employ 60% of the workforce.
We are important for keeping the UK economy
buoyant with new ideas, inventions and job
creation. Bureaucratic challenges are put into
the paths of small business owners think GDPR
compliance. While these are essential, they add
to the stress of running your own business. Take
time to support your local business and find out
what they can offer as often they are more cost
effective and reliable than the nationals.

This edition is, as always, packed with helpful and
useful information. We’ve researched the benefits
of organic versus non organic vegetables.
It’s confirmed for us that probably the most
important part of food buying is unsurprisingly -
keeping it local. There is less packaging and miles,
and the more fresh, local veg we eat the better!

Whitehouse Primary School
Once again, we are very excited to share with you
the hard work that our young writers and editors
from Whitehouse Primary School have produced.
We don’t want to forget the incredible teachers,
though, who work so hard to make this fantastic
opportunity work well. The children work out
ways to investigate and come up with ideas for
our themes. This time we are reminded of the
different perceptions of life at different stages.
