Summer reading challenge
is out of the world
Blast off this summer at your local library
with the 2019 Summer Reading Challenge.
THIS YEAR’S THEME IS SPACE CHASE, in honour of the 50th
anniversary of the first Moon landing, and children can join super
cool futuristic family the Rockets in trying to discover why books are
going missing from the Moon Library. Taking part in the Challenge
is simple – sign up for free at your local library from Sat 13 Jul, read
six library books
(or more) over the
holidays and collect
special (sometimes
smelly!) stickers with
the promise of a
shiny space medal if
you complete your
mission! n
