This October, Worthing will be strapping
on its lederhosen and having the stein
of its life as Oktoberfest pitches up in
Steyne Gardens in a gigantic big top. The
inside of the marquee will be a riot of
blue and white, recreating a traditional
Bavarian party atmosphere, while a live
Oompah band plays traditional Bavarian classics as well as sing-along
pop classics all weekend long. HIghlights include a 20-metre
bar serving classic draught German beer, as well as wine, spirits and
soft drinks, plus outside stalls with traditional hot food should your
spirits flag. There are various options for tickets including standing,
unreserved seating or VIP reserve tables. More info and tickets at
