- In Mahindra finance we are using
Tablets for receipting and CRM
application usage, which comes
under mobility project. We have
android and windows OS based
tables in MMFSL.
- The following model tabs are being
used in business and collections
verticals. Notion Ink model 10 inch
tab is using by SME retail business
team. Android tab being managed
through MDM application which
keeps device secure, monitoring and
preventing unwanted applications
installation, usage.
- Tablet which works in real-time
syncing with server to
upload/download data to server
background applications sync.
- Tablet is using Receipting, Lead
Generation, CRM application and
corporate web page access by field
- Data syncing with server can
uploading using GPRS SIM card or
Wi-Fi.
- Field force is issuing receipts in field
by syncing Tablet with Bluetooth
Printer.
- Which works in cloud technology, any
time can track the device location
using GPS.
- Erase data and Lock the device if
device has lost or user inappropriate
usage.
- Tablets are managed with IBM
provided Maas 360 Mobile Device
Management application.
- For applications security we are using
Trend micro mobile security Mobile
Threat Management (MTM). The
device can be controlled remotely for
maintenance purpose in filed itself
from head office to troubleshoot the
device issues.
