This new event from Worthing & Adur Chamber of Commerce will focus on futuristic, innovative trends and promises an inspirational afternoon packed with talks and workshops from specialists to encourage a productive, healthy and happy workplace. Keynote speaker and Chamber Patron Gill Fielding will talk about the key strengths and attributes every business needs to be successful, while Elena Kerigan of Think Productive will share how she successfully introduced a four-day week for her whole team. Workshops include the Business Growth Mapper, which aims to help delegates identify any additional support required to move their business forward. The Small Business Growth Grant Funding is back for micro and small businesses in the Adur and Worthing area.
