The SAND festival started as the Norwegian<br />
<strong>ASSITEJ</strong>-festival in 1993, and celebrates its 15 th<br />
edition with the AAG in <strong>2019</strong>. We aim at exploring<br />
new ways of communicating with the young<br />
audience, and reach out to specific target groups.<br />
