HELPED WOMEN BREAK THROUGH AT ANNUAL CONFERENCE
The 2018 Annual Leadership Development Conference in Dallas brought thousands of Food Industry leaders together
to learn, grow and network.
The Conference stood out as the launching pad where we introduced our bold Lead the Way initiative to drive gender
equity. We recognized the 32 forward-thinking companies that were the first to participate in the Women in the
Workplace Study with the unique Pioneers Award.
Three days of outstanding speakers and deep-dive classes culminated in a history-making closing session with Former
First Lady of the United States of America, Michelle Obama, and Emmy-winning journalist, Maria Shriver.
