ENGAGED INDUSTRY LEADERS AT EXECUTIVE SUMMIT
Industry CEOs and their senior teams invested a day with WFF and their peers to Lead the Way to Gender Equity at
the 2018 Executive Summit. With many of the industry’s most influential senior executives sharing their personal
experience and organization best practices, peer-to-peer learning focused on:
• Creating a Culture of Inclusion
• Building CEO Commitment and Engagement
• Achieving Pay Equity
• Developing Flexible Work Environments
Executive Summit also played host to our first Male
Ally Session where male senior leaders packed the
room to explore how they can most effectively add
to the conversation and drive gender equity in their
organizations.
The candid discussion led to creation of our first Male
Champions Community of Interest which will be offered
during the 2019 Conference. Research shows that
mentorship and sponsorship from senior males can
increase compensation and career progress satisfaction for
women.
