will be received by the <strong>Madison</strong> County Commissioners at their office located at the<br />
<strong>Madison</strong> County Courthouse, 1 N. Main Street, P.O. Box 618, London, Ohio 43140 until<br />
11:00 a.m., Tuesday, <strong>November</strong> 26, <strong>2019</strong> and then at 11:05 a.m. at said office opened<br />
and read aloud.<br />
The project will install tornado siren and electrical connections in the Village of Midway.<br />
Plans, specifications, and bid documents may be secured at the <strong>Madison</strong> County<br />
Commissioners’ Office, <strong>Madison</strong> County Courthouse, 1 N.Main Street, London, Ohio<br />
43140. Prospective bidders may contact the Commissioners’ Office by email at<br />
swiseman@co.madison.oh.us or by telephone at 740-852-2972. The County will email<br />
the prospective bidder a link to access the bid documents in Dropbox and add the<br />
prospective bidder’s name to the planholders list<br />
Prospective bidders may also request a printed copy of the bid documents from the<br />
County. Paper copies cost thirty-five ($35.00) dollars for each set of plans and<br />
specifications, check made payable to: CDC of Ohio. The full amount is non-refundable.<br />
Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the bid<br />
amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid <strong>Madison</strong> County Commissioners or<br />
by certified check, cashiers check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount<br />
