CHESS BOARDS INSPIRE PSYCHEDELIC RUG FROM CC‐TAPIS<br />
Italian designer Martino Gamper has created a collection of colourful rugs based on warped<br />
chess board patterns for rug manufacturer <strong>cc</strong>‐<strong>tapis</strong>.<br />
Twisted lines and misshapen squares in different colours create a dis<strong>to</strong>rted chequered pattern that adds<br />
depth <strong>to</strong> the low pile rug. The unpredictable shapes are typical of Martino’s work and make a striking<br />
addition <strong>to</strong> the kaleidoscopic launches we’ve seen from <strong>cc</strong>-<strong>tapis</strong> over the last year.<br />
