Darling Summer Beer Festival<br />

Festival of Chariots<br />

Sea Point, Cape Town<br />

This 5,000-year old tradition offers plenty<br />

of fun with a parade of colourful chariots,<br />

singing and dancing, Hare Krishna foods,<br />

books and more. It also provides a true taste<br />

of Indian culture seen through the experience<br />

of the Hare Krishna movement, a branch of<br />

Hinduism. Note: it’s not a religious festival,<br />

but a cultural one.<br />
