Delta Filming<br />
Filming is less stressful in Delta which is often referred to as<br />
Greater Vancouver’s Sun Belt. Due to an abundance of open<br />
space, lush parkland and sandy beaches, with spectacular<br />
views of majestic mountains, film makers enjoy a reasonably<br />
relaxed place in which to film with freedom in our distinct<br />
areas of Delta.<br />
Ladner Village is an older established town of great charm.<br />
Boats and boat launches, parks and rivers, outside cafes<br />
and tree lined streets make great locations for a peaceful<br />
small town look. The business owners and residents of Ladner<br />
are film friendly and happy to welcome film makers into their<br />
community.<br />
Tsawwassen, just 5 minutes further than Ladner into Delta<br />
has rapidly becoming a location of choice for feature films and<br />
television productions. This small community boasts good<br />
school locations, a small shopping centre, and many residential<br />
properties suitable for the LA or Florida look.<br />

Boundary Bay a unique and friendly seaside community has<br />
hosted Catch & Release, Hunters and Godiva’s in the last<br />
couple of months. Delta Film Office is pleased to provide fast,<br />
