U.S. COAST GUARD RETIREE INFORMATION<br />

<strong>The</strong> most convenient way to view your Retiree/<br />

Annuitant Payslip and manage your account is through<br />

Direct-Access (DA) Self-Service, our online account<br />

management system at: dcms.uscg.mil/ppc/ras/gp/ DA<br />

Self-Service provides faster service, security, accessibility<br />

and reliability to all PPC (RAS) customers worldwide. With<br />

DA Self-Service you can: View, print or save your Pay Slip<br />

and IRS Form 1099R; Start, stop or change allotments;<br />

Change your mailing address, e-mail address and phone<br />

number; Make changes to your direct deposit information;<br />

Update your federal and/or state income tax withholding;<br />

Elect to discontinue receiving Pay Slips and/or the Retiree<br />

News-letter by mail. Visit the DA Self-Service information<br />

page, at the link above, with information for the first time<br />

user, forgotten password assistance, and user guides.<br />

Note: To access the self-service system, you must have<br />

received your first retired pay slip. Because you are a new<br />

retiree, there is nothing available to view on the system<br />

until the pay has been processed.<br />
