Les Mills GRIT<br />

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday or Sunday<br />

Y member rate: $32.50/month<br />

The LesMills GRIT series features three unique 30-minute<br />

workouts, including cardio, strength, and plyometrics. Each<br />

workout is designed to drive different results and is led by a<br />

certified instructor. A monthly payment plan is available. Cost<br />

shown reflects the annual rate and payments are charged monthly.<br />

New registrations are accepted anytime and there is no<br />

commitment, so cancellation can be requested.<br />

The LesMills GRIT series features three unique 30-minute<br />

workouts, including cardio, strength, and plyometrics. Each<br />

workout is designed to drive different results and is led by a<br />

certified instructor. A monthly payment plan is available. All Access<br />

grants participants the ability to take as many GRIT class per week<br />

as you want at one monthly rate. Cost shown reflects the annual<br />

rate and payments are charged monthly. New registrations are<br />

accepted anytime and there is no commitment, so cancellation can<br />

be requested.<br />

TRX/Intervals<br />

Y member rate: $32.50/month<br />

Experience this fun and empowering form of exercise, which will<br />

spark your interest and revitalize your routine. This training allows<br />

users to self-adjust the amount of resistance they want, making it<br />

suitable for people of all fitness levels by making small changes in<br />

foot, hand or body position. Users can precisely control how<br />

challenging they want each exercise to be. The TRX will help to<br />

develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability<br />

simultaneously. Groups are limited to 8 participants so there is<br />

plenty of individual attention to go around. A monthly payment<br />
