Teen/Adult Swim Lessons - Beginner/Intermediate<br />

This class progresses from beginner swim lessons to increase your<br />
confidence in the water. Students refine basic stroke mechanics,<br />
expand their knowledge in the water, and improve the overall<br />
experience. Skills include breaststroke, backstroke, and turns.<br />

Parent/Child Stage A: Water Discovery<br />
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday<br />
Y member rate: $60<br />
Y non-member rate: $90<br />
Accompanied by a parent and/or caregiver, infants and toddlers<br />
learn to be comfortable in the water and develop swim readiness<br />
skills through fun and confidence-building experiences, while<br />
parents and/or caregiver learn about water safety, drowning<br />
prevention, and the importance of supervision.<br />
