Learn basic diving skills that lead to more advanced dives off our<br />
one-meter boards. Our experienced diving staff teach divers in a<br />
lightly competitive yet encouraging atmosphere. Participants must<br />
be a Green Band swimmer and be willing to jump off a one-meter<br />
board into 12 feet of water.<br />
