there are animals in us when we act like that, this king Lion is

clearly up set that the queen lion not giving him any when he

wants it. Or she is basically saying leave me alone and help to

get food for the cubs or stop cheating on me, and leave me

alone…...

The Black Lions of Ethiopia are in great danger

of being extinct if the world at large refuse to

In 1933, in a small village in llanga Honduras,

Alfredo Bowman was born. This

self educated healer would become internationally

known as Dr. Sebi. He is a

respected man, who not only tried tirelessly

to help humanity fight diseases,

but had to fight the government among

others trying to silence him or steal his

cures.

He is a published author

of multiple books on

health and wellness of

the body. His clinics have

allowed him to touch the

mind body and soul of

thousands of people who

swear by his cures.

Dr. Sebi is also famous

for the many celebrities

he has either assisted in

healing over the years

including Michael Jackson,

Steven Seagal ,

Teddy Pendergrass, or

just those who wanted to

understand and possibly

continue his message like

West Coast rapper Nipsy

Hustle.

The untimely passing of

Dr. Sebi has definitely

left us humble and hungry

for more. He is a true

fighter and a God send to

the people.

“Most tickets to Sunday's game at Hard Rock Stadium (pictured) were sold for more than $5,000 apiece; some late

Thursday were available for more than $14,000 a pop. Several suites at the stadium, local officials said, were sold

for more than $300,000. Put another way, a suite can cost what the typical Miami Gardens household makes in

seven years”

“As with any big event, especially

in a major city where all

aspects of the socioeconomic

for most people who live

there. The NFL knows that and

Born in Kingston Jubilee Hospital

, Entrepreneur Kerry grew up

in St. Catherine attended Bridgeport

Technical High School. She

soon felt the yearning of the world

and left home at a young age. Her

journey took her to America in

1988 along with her then partner

and children’s father. They were

together for 17 years.

Dad, Willie, used to cook for all

their friends and family. He grew

up in Cambridge. Daddy taught

her everything he knows, which

helped this self taught chef to propel

her love of food into acquiring

her own restaurant and bar business

in South Florida.

Her pride in her cooking super

cedes all things as she explains,

“Not even sex runs through my

body like when someone says, man

the food is good!” This kind of

pride set her apart and definitely

goes a long way.

Kerry’s latest venture, Next Level

Bar & Lounge, is the former South

Rock. The past has seen this club

through both successes and troubling

loss, but the shear heart and

strength of it’s lovely owner has

LOS ANGELES—didn't lead the to a win Friday night in their first game since Kobe Bryant's death. And

no matter. He did something bigger, and more lasting, and ultimately more important. He offered all of us

a path forward on a night that reminded us in beautiful and brutal detail not just what is lost but what we

have to hold on to as we move forward.

"Now," LeBron said before the game, having wiped away tears, "I know at some point we will have a memorial

for Kobe. But I look at this as a celebration tonight. This is a celebration of the 20 years of the

blood, the sweat, the tears, the broken-down body, the getting up, the sitting down, the everything. The

countless hours, the determination to be as great as he could be. Tonight, we celebrate the kid that came

here at 18 years of age, retired at 38 and became probably the best dad we've seen over the past three

years, man.” We are all hurt by this tragedy..
