Growing with Rolleston’s motoring needs
Jones Road Auto is celebrating their first anniversary in their
larger, purpose-built auto centre in Iport Drive.
The move has allowed them to offer Rolleston
residents an even faster and more efficient
service, at the same reasonable prices.
Local owner/operators, Nigel and
Lisa Fleck, have increased and
upgraded their equipment to
provide a more streamlined
and efficient repair and
vehicle service for their
customers.
The upgraded WoF
testing and diagnostic
equipment, plus an
additional WoF bay, means
while-you-wait WoFs are
completed at twice the
speed. They’ve also added
a WoF booking service for
people who don’t have time to
wait for a space for a warrant.
Bookings are available from
Wednesdays through to Fridays.
“We employ a great team of
experienced, high-performing mechanics to
meet the needs of our vibrant and growing community.
We offer convenient on-site parking, a waiting room with
a TV and free WiFi, tea, and a coffee machine.
It’s a comfortable sunny spot to relax, read
a magazine, and even recharge your
devices,” says Lisa.
Customer service is a big focus
too. They have a service adviser
and dedicated mechanic
assisting in the front office,
ensuring that someone is on
hand to answer questions,
quote on jobs, and provide
on-the-spot assistance
when needed.
Nigel has more than two
decades of experience in
the motor service industry
and oversees the mechanical
side. He is excited about the
addition of a dedicated fleet
servicing team. The new garage
space and four additional hoists
allow the business to grow with the
increased demand for fleet servicing.
The team are about to add another state-ofthe-art
diagnostic scan tool to keep up with the latest
technology. They also recently installed a SafeTstop
machine for fast and accurate brake tests, as well as wheel
alignment and suspension checks. “It is all about meeting
the growing and changing motoring and service needs of
our wonderful customers in Rolleston,” says Lisa.
