WHO WE ARE<br />
We are a local construction<br />
company delivering a range of<br />
projects for our customers. With<br />
our office and yard based in the<br />
Cranbrook area we predominantly<br />
serve the local area as well as<br />
further afield within the South<br />
East.<br />
AIM<br />
When Phoenix started the idea<br />
was to provide a tailored solution<br />
to our customers’ construction<br />
needs. Whether that meant<br />
taking on all the administration<br />
and organising of architects and<br />
other professionals required at<br />
the planning stage or fitting out a<br />
bathroom with the goods chosen<br />
by a customer.<br />
In short, our aim is to streamline<br />
the whole construction process<br />
for our clients to help alleviate the<br />
stress of commissioning or running<br />
a project and make it a memorable<br />
process for all the right reasons<br />
HOW WE DO THIS<br />
We have developed a network of<br />
building professionals to aid in the<br />
pre planning/design phase as well<br />
as having a combination of highly<br />
experienced, fully qualified trade<br />
teams combined with specialist subcontractors,<br />
which allows us to be<br />
fully flexible and adaptable to your<br />
needs.<br />
PROJECT PICTURES<br />
These pictures show one of our<br />
most recently finished projects<br />
for Rye museum. We were asked<br />
to construct a first floor office<br />
extension over an existing courtyard<br />
area. Being grade II listed the<br />
work was done with sympathetic<br />
consideration towards some of<br />
the more traditional materials and<br />
finishes, such as the lime render<br />
and keeping the original brick wall,<br />
whilst making sure the new building<br />
meets the most up to date building<br />
control regulations and structural<br />
requirements.<br />
This project also included an<br />

awful lot of bespoke joinery and it’s<br />
something we produce and fit a lot<br />
for our clients. If you take a look<br />
at our Facebook page you can also<br />
see a beautiful set of four hardwood<br />
wardrobe doors with antique mirror<br />
inserts that we recently completed.<br />
All were expertly hand painted<br />
rather than sprayed for an authentic<br />
traditional finish.<br />
