We offer a free home survey to our customers for us to get a better feel of space and go through a check list covering all aspects in a kitchen. Not only to find out what they like but also to find out what they dislike to make it more personal to the customer. For example a question I like to ask the customer is; ‘What is your favourite colour?’ So when it comes to the presentation I can throw in a splash of colour whether it’s in the frontals or using vibrant colours from our range of coloured backboards to go round the kitchen or just a small feature. I’ve had some customers put up their own art work in behind the hobs covered by our clear glass splashback for protection, again making it more personal to them. We open our doors to everyone and would invite anyone in to have a tour around the depot. Once customers come through our doors not only do we like to show them around our showroom but I also like to take them into the warehouse to show them how we operate behind the scenes and that everything we sell is in stock. We also have a presentation room with a 70” touch control TV where we sit our customers down with a cuppa enjoying the 3D design experience getting a better visual of how their kitchen can look making the changes as we go along. Since the Great British Bake Off has been on our screens what’s proving to be a big hit for us is the NEFF slide and hide oven. For me personally I went for the pyrolytic oven which is self cleaning giving me one less job to do at home. Trends are changing all the time but at the moment for modern kitchens the linear look is a big trend setter with straight clean lines and simplicity in our new Balham range. If you’re not one for modern we offer a wide range from Shaker to Universal kitchen ranges with a timeless style.
