The Endellion Quartet<br />

Founded in 1979 the Endelllion Quartet has<br />

become known as one of the world’s great<br />

quartets. In celebration of Beethoven’s<br />

250th Anniversary, their programme will<br />

start with the most radiant of the late<br />

quartet, Op. 127 in E flat major. Their<br />

second half will be another of the greatest<br />

works in the literature, Mozart’s G minor<br />

viola quintet, for which they will be joined<br />

by Douglas Paterson.<br />
