TOWER TWO 2-MG ELEVATED STORAGE TANK
|CITY OF EDMOND
FNI worked with the City of Edmond to design a new 2.0-MG composite EST to
increase distribution reliability. This project included development of construction
plans and specifications, and construction phase support services. The project
team developed 3-D renderings of the proposed EST from multiple vantage points

FNI successfully inspected the $700,000 bridge
rehabilitation and deck replacement project
for the City. The project duration was 180 days,
however it was substantially complete and open
to traffic in 150 days. This project was funded
through the DWSRF program.
CHISHOLM AND SPRING CREEK LIFT STATION
AND FORCE MAINS |CITY OF EDMOND
FNI provided construction management services for the facility’s increased capacity,
resulting in a total firm capacity of 7-MGD. The project also included the preliminary
and final design of the 22-MGD Spring Creek Lift Station and approximately five miles
of 24-inch force main. Duties of the construction manager included the processing
of submittals, requests for information, progress schedules, pay requests, and the
preparation of contract modifications. Additionally, the construction manager served
as a full time on-site representative. The construction progress was documented

through photographs and daily reports. Any
conflicts that would arise were resolved
through discussions with the engineer of
record and the contractor. Monthly progress
meetings were held and documented with
meeting minutes, which kept all parties
accountable for the progress of the project.
