Eric Waggoner is an Engineering Intern in FNI’s Central Plains Region. Based out of our Oklahoma City office, Eric has assisted in
designing various civil engineering projects and has with technical experience in roadway, stormwater and utility design. He is skilled
in the use of various software programs, including AutoCAD, MicrostationMicroStation and GIS applications. He has experience as a
construction bridge inspector and with projects for the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority’s Driving Forward Program. Eric is currently
an active member of National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) and currently holds the Vice-President/Planning Coordinator
position for the OSPE Central/SW Chapter.

Buddy Wosika is a Construction Services Inspector in FNI’s Oklahoma City office. He recently joined FNI after retiring from a 28-year
career at ODOT. During his ODOT career, he held roles of increasing responsibility from an entry-level Transportation Technician to a
Transportation Specialist V. His ODOT career has been at the El Reno Construction Residency, which oversees construction projects
in numerous counties and the Oklahoma City metro area. Buddy has a wealth of knowledge and experience in transportation
construction. Some of Buddy’s strengths include managing project issues, prioritizing work, maintaining safe projects and work
environments, and maintaining good working relationships with contractors and transportation industry representatives. He has
extensive training with ODOT, which includes being a Registered Highway Construction Materials Technician.
