FNI has considerable construction management experience, especially related to transportation
projects of multiple types and sizes. We have the support staff and partners to complete any
Construction Management task for ODOT. FNI will verify constructability, sequencing, detours,
environmental constraints, schedule and road-user concerns are addressed prior to construction. We
will hold project meetings, pre-work conferences, and deliver reports to the respective ODOT Field
Divisions. Deliberate inspection, proper materials testing and concise documentation will be a principal
expectation from FNI in delivering a quality project, constructed to ODOT’s plans and specifications.
Receiving, reviewing and working through Contractor requests for information (RFIs) or plan
modifications in a timely manner will be FNI’s objective. Verifying all parties understand the impacts
of plan modifications to project costs, schedules, user costs/convenience and project quality will
enhance our ability to avoid misunderstandings, which often lead to claims or difficult change order
issues. Foresight into construction difficulties, prompt decision-making and excellent communication
skills with the Contractors are imperative to having a successfully delivered construction project. FNI
has personnel in place with the recognition of project scope, understanding of complex construction
means and methods, excellent relations with industry Contractors, Producers and Suppliers, and

Paul Green served 33 years in various
roles at ODOT, from entry-level
Technician to Director of Operations.
He has been involved with some of
ODOT’s most notable projects and
consequently has vast experience Paul Green
in producing successful projects.
Additionally, Paul has in-depth knowledge of
construction means and methods, as well as a deep
understanding of Oklahoma’s transportation industry.
Buddy Wosika has a wealth of
knowledge and 30 years experience in
transportation construction. He recently
joined FNI after retiring from a 27-year
career at ODOT. During his ODOT career,
he held roles of increasing responsibility
from an entry-level Transportation
Technician to a Transportation Specialist
V. During his ODOT career, he served at the El Reno
Construction Residency, which oversees construction
projects in numerous counties and the Oklahoma City
metro area.
Lane Henson has more than 16 years
of roadway and paving experience as
an Operator, Foreman, Superintendent
and Project Manager for Silver Star,
Blaco, Schwarz Paving and Manhattan
Construction. His diverse background
brings a unique view of construction
