PERFORMANCE IN 2019
“We gained more competitive advantage;
expanding our presence in the data storage
and backup solutions sector and developing
distributors into integrated service providers,”
said Eng. Hossam Roshdy, the General Manager
of MANTRAC Distribution.
Eng. Hossam Roshdy organized an event
to celebrate MANTRAC’s successes in
2019. During the celebration he thanked

Effectiveness Manager - MANTRAC Group
and their respective teams for their effective
cooperation.
Eng. Hossam Roshdy emphasized that
MANTRAC Distribution achieved outstanding
success during 2019 at all work levels. MANTRAC
has gained a greater competitive advantage on
the strategic level after it became an authorized
distributor for Huawei in Egypt.
In addition to enhancing the brand’s presence
in the data storage and backup solutions sector
through its multiple professional services, where
MANTRAC represents Dell EMC, Lenovo, and
IBM. Meanwhile, MANTRAC Distribution focused
on training and attracting new partners through
various activities to develop the current clients’
statuses from mere distributors to providers of
integrated solutions. This increased revenue,
market share and access to new sectors.
The MANTRAC Distribution Lenovo team, led by
Amr Mostafa, organized a promotional series of
customer open days. This was done in partnership
with Lenovo, with the aim to promote advanced
Thinkpads and increase overall sales. A special
branding corner was placed at the entrance for
Lenovo and the team to present attractive offers
for customers.
During the event, MANTRAC Distribution offered
Lenovo products at discounted prices on some
models. Which allowed customers to increase
their profits on open days from Lenovo.
The partnership between MANTRAC Distribution
and Lenovo has extended from 2005, after Lenovo
acquired IBM PC line. MANTRAC Distribution
managed to achieve remarkable growth, and it
has increased Lenovo's market share since then.
Lenovo team, consisting of Amr Mostafa, Walid El
Sakka, and Ahmed Raslan, is keen on developing
strategic partnerships with major distributors,
while the sales team headed by Hala Wahba works
to open new and efficient markets for Lenovo
products.
The company pointed out that it considers
MANTRAC their first strategic partner in the
sectors of small and medium companies, and
that’s due to the success that MANTRAC achieved
in the past period.
During the celebration, Mohamed Galal, the
commercial manager of Lenovo, thanked
MANTRAC Distribution sales team, especially
Marwa Abdel Qader, Hassan Selim and Mahmoud
Muhammad Abdo, for all their achievements in
developing Lenovo's business in Egypt.
