Uganda's Largest national park and one of
its very best. Located in western Uganda
near Masindi and lake Albert, the park
boasts of plentiful of animals ; including
elephants, Rothschild giraffes, lions, Ugandan
KOB(antelopes), waterbucks, Buffaloes,
hippos, Crocodiles, sitatunga, leopard and
hynas. Its raging falls,named Murchison by
sir Samuel Baker in honour of a president of
the Royal Geographical Society, are a sight to
behold.With the bird life consistng of some
460 species and a trip to the falls ,the park is
worth a visit.
