Emirates, Fly Dubai pilots complain of

authority

airline established by the same(UAE)

government in 2008 and operating

Entebbe airport .

A FLY DUBAI boeing 737-800

ground while attempting to land at

Rostov-on-Don airport in south

Russia killing all the 62 people on

board.

board . Following that accident ,a FLY

DUBAI whistleblower, contacted RT

international - a Russian government

media agency with allegations that

pilot fatigue could have been a

contributing factor to the march 19

Rostov tragedy.Shortly afterwards ,

some 60 people claiming to be pilots

who work or have worked for FLY

DUBAI and EMIRATES contacted RT

international with similar complaints

and expressing fear that the same

kind of accident could happen with an

hours worked by the pilots.

In an interim report to establish the

cause of the Rostov accident released

on april 19, the Russian aviation

watchdog IAC, said that all ground and

on board navigation systems were

working normally at the time of the

accident. The report further pointed

out that the accident occurred as a

result of a nosedive caused by the

commands of the pilot .

On a condition of anonymity, one of

the pilots still working with EMIRATES

told RT that "piots are dangerously tired

and if you complain , complaints lead

no where as the aviation authority- the

General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA)
