We launched the UK’s most
controversial dating app
getting the UK’s media all hot
and sticky.
Toffee knew that a private
school only dating app was
going to be a ‘bit’ controversial.
But that’s no bad thing when
you’re trying to get someone’s
attention. We made sure that
they were just controversial
enough to get people talking,
but likable enough to be an
app that people would actually
use.
Results

it and the app trended on
twitter leading to 10,000 app
downloads in launch week.
