There werefour strolls held<br />
early in the yeartoDashing<br />
Rocks at Timaru, Victoria Park<br />
in Christchurch, Birdlings Flat<br />
and Harts Creek.<br />
Fromearly April,all strolls<br />
were cancelled duetothe<br />
Covid19 pandemic, but<br />
fortunatelywere able to restart<br />
in midMay. The firstwalkwas<br />
fromLake Heron to Mellish<br />
Streamonabeautiful sunny<br />
autumn day.<br />
An extra stroll to Lake<br />
Clearwater wasslotted in at the<br />
end of May.<br />
In early<strong>June</strong>therewas a<br />
stroll to Rangiatea, with two<br />
walking options to meetupat<br />
the farmrecreational hut for<br />
lunch. Later we were invitedto<br />
view the agate and jewellery<br />
collectionwhich was very<br />
impressive.<br />
