<strong>Nadir</strong>, for recorder or flute, viola, and digital audio, was commissioned by<br />
the Canadian Electronic Ensemble for Peter Hannan and Rivka Golani with<br />
financial assistance from the Ontario Arts Council. It was premiered in 1988 by<br />
Peter Hannan and Douglas Perry and it has been released on three separate<br />
CDs on the CBC, Sony and Naxos labels. This edition is a facsimile of the<br />
original score provided by the composer.<br />
