7 p.m. Ready for some authentic
Cajun delicacies? Head to the
Gumbo Shop and try the namesake
— either chicken or seafood
gumbo.
9 p.m. After eating dinner, it’s
finally time to explore Bourbon
Street. Most bars are open 24/7,
but the festivities don’t begin until
later in the night. Don’t forget
to get your fill of daiquiris and
hand grenades — it wouldn’t be
the New Orleans nightlife without
them.
