Robust & leicht für den High-End Bergsport
Die Verwendung der Giardini Mikrofaser im Bergsportbereich bringt eine Menge Vorteile mit sich: Die Faser hat sehr
hohe mechanische Eigenschaften und ist im Vergleich zu Leder deutlich leichter, was zu einem höheren Tragekomfort
beim Bergsteigen führt. Zudem ist die Faser atmungsaktiv und die Imprägnierung erfolgt ohne die Stoffe PFOA und
PFOS. Die Robustheit des Materials trägt zur Langlebigkeit der Produkte bei.
Die verwendete Girardini Mikrofaser ist ein beschichtete Mikrofaser, die durch ihre hoch entwickelte technische
Leistung als Ersatzprodukt von Leder verwendet werden kann. Da bei der Herstellung keinerlei tierische Produkte
verwendet werden, wird in diesem Zusammenhang auch von „veganem Leder“ gesprochen.

Robust & light for high-end mountain sports
The use of Giardini microfibre in mountaineering has a lot of advantages: the fibre has very high mechanical properties and
is much lighter than leather, which leads to a higher wearing comfort when climbing. In addition, the fibre is breathable and
the impregnation is carried out without PFOA and PFOS. The robustness of the material contributes to the durability of the
products.
The Girardini microfibre used is a coated microfibre which, thanks to its advanced technical performance, can be used as a
substitute for leather. Since no animal products are used in the production process, the term „vegan leather“ is also used in this
context.
Liba ® smart
LIBA® smart ist ein auf TPU basiertes Material, das Gummi in den meisten gängigen Tests übertrifft. Es wurde entwickelt,
um dem Endbenutzer bessere Lösungen und mehr Funktionen zu bieten sowie die Arbeit in der Produktion zu
erleichtern und Zeit und Kosten zu sparen. LIBA® smart wird in Situationen und Anwendungen eingesetzt, in denen ein
zusätzlicher Verschleißschutz erforderlich ist. Das Material hält starker Abnutzung stand, es wird nicht durch Witterungseinflüsse
oder Ozon beeinträchtigt und ist leicht und dünn mit einer ansprechenden Optik.
