LAHS ALUMNI
WEEKEND 2019
LAHS Alumni Weekend 2019 was full of fun, family,
friends and food! With class reunions joining the
weekend festivities, alumni were scattered around
town enjoying all the events. Alumni had the
opportunity to take a tour of the high school,
complete with refreshments served in the school’s
Heritage Room. Unfortunately, this year, LAHS
Alumni Weekend was cancelled. We are looking
forward to next year’s festivities.

KINDERGARTEN
GRILL-OUT 2019
On Aug. 14, 2019, The Green Dragon Foundation
and the Lewisburg Elementary PSA co-hosted the
6th annual Kindergarten Grill-Out event at St. Mary
Street Park. The yearly event, which features a
light supper, welcomed all incoming kindergarten
children and their families. It was a great opportunity
for students and families to meet their fellow
classmates and their families. On hand to welcome
students were Kelly Elementary Principal, Mr. Chris
Ruhl, and former LASD Superintendent, Dr. Steven
Skalka.
