Statement by the Management on the Annual Report
The Supervisory Board and Managing Board
of ECCO Sko A/S have today considered and
adopted the Annual Report for 2009.
The Annual Report is presented in accordance
with the Danish Financial Statements Act. We
consider the accounting policies to be appropriate
to the effect that the Annual Report
gives a true and fair view of the Group’s and
ECCO’s Annual Accounts 2009 / Statement by the Management on the Annual Report
the Company’s assets, liabilities and financial
position as of 31 December 2009 and of the
results of the Group’s and the Company’s
operations and the consolidated cash flows
for the financial year ended 31 December
2009.
