(2) Every bride and groom and occupier of the premises where a<br />
marriage is to be solemnized must take all reasonable steps to ensure<br />
that —<br />
(a) the measures mentioned in regulations 10B(1)(b) and (c)<br />
and 12 are implemented in relation to individuals entering<br />
the premises for the purpose of the solemnization;<br />
(b) any individual invited to attend the solemnization does not<br />
enter the premises more than 15 minutes before the<br />
scheduled time of the solemnization; and<br />
(c) each individual who enters the premises for the purpose of<br />
the solemnization leaves the premises as soon as is<br />
reasonably practicable after the solemnization.<br />
(3) In this regulation —<br />
“immediate family member”, in relation to a bride or groom,<br />
means —<br />
(a) a parent, child, sibling, grandparent or grandchild; or<br />
(b) a spouse of any person mentioned in paragraph (a);<br />
“solemnizer” means —<br />
(a) a person issued a licence to solemnize marriages<br />
under section 8 of the Women’s Charter;<br />
(b) the Registrar of Marriages or an Assistant Registrar<br />
of Marriages, appointed under section 26 of the<br />
Women’s Charter; or<br />
(c) a person specified in section 95(1)(a), (b)or(c) of the<br />
Administration of Muslim Law Act.<br />

Restriction on use of sports or recreation facilities<br />
8. An individual must not use any sports or recreation facilities —<br />
(a) in the common property of a subdivided building; or<br />

(b) in any public place, except at a green or an open space that<br />
is managed or maintained by or on behalf of the<br />
