(3) In this regulation, “relevant worker”, in relation to a permitted<br />
enterprise, means any individual —<br />
(a) who works with or for the permitted enterprise as a<br />
permitted enterprise worker; and<br />
(b) whose nature of work does not require the individual to<br />
transport goods or to perform duties ordinarily at more than<br />
one permitted premises.<br />

(4) However, nothing in this regulation prohibits or prevents the<br />
deployment of any relevant worker of a permitted enterprise to work<br />
in any permitted premises that he or she does not ordinarily perform<br />
duties at, if —<br />
(a) the deployment is critical to crowd management of<br />
customers or otherwise maintaining orderly retail supply<br />
of goods or services at those permitted premises; and<br />
(b) the permitted enterprise takes all reasonably practicable<br />
steps to minimise physical interaction between the relevant<br />
workers redeployed with other permitted enterprise<br />
workers at those permitted premises.<br />

(5) To avoid doubt, this regulation does not affect any requirement<br />
in this Division and the Second Schedule requiring a permitted<br />
enterprise to group and deploy its permitted enterprise workers to<br />
work in separate groups.<br />

Safe distancing measures, etc., for permitted enterprise<br />
workers<br />
13E.—(1) A permitted enterprise must implement the following<br />
measures in respect of every permitted enterprise worker of the<br />
permitted enterprise when at work:<br />
(a) as far as is reasonably practicable, permitted enterprise<br />
workers are grouped and deployed to work in 2 or more<br />
groups so as to minimise physical interaction between the<br />
