“marine and offshore manufacturing worker” means a permitted<br />
enterprise worker employed or engaged to perform work<br />
connected with marine and offshore manufacturing at a<br />
shipyard;<br />
“operator”, in relation to a specified dormitory —<br />
(a) means a person who is managing and maintaining, in<br />
the course of a business, the specified dormitory<br />
(whether self-owned or under lease or otherwise) to<br />
provide board and lodging for residents of the<br />
dormitory who may or may not be employees of<br />
that person; and<br />
(b) includes a lessor of a flat or house that is leased<br />
wholly as a specified dormitory;<br />
“process construction work” —<br />
(a) means work in connection with the construction of<br />
plant equipment in the petroleum, petrochemicals or<br />
specialty chemicals sector; and<br />
(b) includes any managerial or administrative work in<br />
connection with the construction of such plant<br />
equipment,<br />
but excludes construction work, building elements supply<br />
work, related work and renovation work;<br />
“process construction worker” means a permitted enterprise<br />
worker employed or engaged to perform process construction<br />
work;<br />
“process maintenance work” —<br />
(a) means work in connection with the preventive,<br />
predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant<br />
equipment in the petroleum, petrochemicals or<br />
specialty chemicals sector that requires the total or<br />
substantial shutting down of plant equipment to<br />
perform (commonly called complete or partial<br />
turnaround maintenance); and<br />
