(j) insignificant building works that are not performed<br />
together with construction work or renovation work,<br />
but excludes any construction work, building elements<br />
supply work, special work and renovation work;<br />
“related worker” means a permitted enterprise worker employed<br />
or engaged under a work pass for the Construction Sector, to<br />
perform related work;<br />
“renovation work” means —<br />
(a) joinery and other woodworks (including carpentry,<br />
laminated or parquet flooring);<br />
(b) painting of a building;<br />
(c) glass and glazing works (including mirror or shower<br />
screen installation);<br />
(d) laying and installation of a new floor, wall tiles,<br />
doors, windows, false ceilings or sanitary fittings; or<br />
(e) any insignificant building work except those<br />
mentioned in paragraph 1(a), (b), (fc), (fd), (g), (h),<br />
(j), (k), (l), (m)or(t) or 12 of the First Schedule to the<br />
Building <strong>Control</strong> Regulations 2003 (G.N. No.<br />
S 666/2003),<br />
and includes any managerial or administrative work in<br />
connection with renovation work, but excludes any special<br />
work;<br />
“renovation worker” means a permitted enterprise worker<br />
employed or engaged to perform renovation work;<br />
“resident”, in relation to a specified dormitory, means any<br />
individual, who occupies or enjoys a right to occupy one or<br />
more beds or rooms, or spaces within a room, in the specified<br />
dormitory as the individual’s main or only residence in<br />
Singapore;<br />
“responsible person”, in relation to a funeral event, means —<br />
(a) the funeral director or any other person who is<br />
engaged to organise the funeral event; or<br />
