(h) ensure that the permitted premises are cleaned and<br />

disinfected as far as is reasonably practicable, at the end<br />

of daily business, and before re-opening after any closure<br />

of business or undertaking (voluntarily or otherwise) at the<br />

permitted premises;<br />

(i) ensure that any common area within the permitted<br />

premises which is used by customers, visitors and<br />

persons at work in those premises, or is used by such<br />

individuals to move through the permitted premises —<br />

(i) is periodically cleaned within each day;<br />

(ii) for any toilet to which the public has no access, is at<br />

all times provided with adequate toilet paper, liquid<br />

soap or detergent, litter bins, and clean towels or<br />

hand dryers; and<br />

(iii) is, as far as is reasonably practicable, at all times<br />

provided with easily accessible disinfecting agents<br />

like hand sanitisers, disinfectant sprays, paper towels<br />

and wipes, for the free use of customers and visitors<br />

and for persons at work in those premises;<br />

information or customer service counter, lifts, staircase or<br />

escalator handrails, reception lobby, pantry, employee canteen,<br />

washroom, litter bins and waste disposal area, and other shared<br />

facilities.<br />

(j) as far as is reasonably practicable, physical interaction<br />

between customers, visitors and permitted enterprise<br />

workers is minimised;<br />

(k) the permitted enterprise takes reasonable steps to ensure<br />

that there is a distance of at least one metre between any 2<br />

individuals (whether customers, visitors or permitted<br />

enterprise workers) in the permitted premises unless the<br />

permitted premises are a public place;<br />

(l) have appropriate internal policies, procedures and controls<br />

to effect a safe and expeditious evacuation of the permitted<br />
