Regular Council Minutes – June 13, 2011 Page 14 c) REPLACE OCP Map 4: Residential Strategy with Appendix “B” to Bylaw 8359. 2. Pass the following resolution to amend the Crescents Neighbourhood Plan concurrently with Final Reading for OCP Amendment Bylaw No. 8359: a) REPLACE 5.3 Policy 1 from the Crescents Neighbourhood Plan with the following: Some minor expansion of commercial confined to service commercial and office use is encouraged on the west side of Vancouver Street, permitting redevelopment with consolidation of lots fronting on Vancouver Street. No further expansion westward beyond those properties identified on Land Use Strategy Map 3 is recommended in this area, as most of the lots in this area are proposed for various housing densities. b) REPLACE Map: 3 Land Use Strategy with Appendix “C”. 3. Approve the enclosed Official Community Consultation Plan Amendment Checklist, and Notification Distribution Map to fulfill the requirements of Section 879 of the Local Government Act. 4. Direct Administration to conduct public notification requirements as identified on the Official Community Consultation Plan Amendment Checklist. 5. Give First Two Readings to City of Prince George Zoning Bylaw No. 7850, 2007, Amendment Bylaw No. 8313 to: a) REZONE The East ½ of Lot 7, and Lots 8 and 9, Block 155, District Lot 343, Cariboo District, Plan 1268 from RS2: Single Residential to C8: Commercial Conversion as shown on Appendix “A” to Bylaw No. 8373; b) REPLACE the definition of “Housing, Apartment” in Section 2.3.6 with “any physical arrangement of attached dwellings, intended to be occupied by separate households, which does not conform to the definition of any other residential use class”; c) ADD “housing, apartment except in single detached housing” to Section 11.8.3 Secondary Uses: and d) REMOVE Section 11.8.5 1.; 6. Final Reading BE WITHHELD until registration of consolidation of The East ½ of Lot 7, and Lots 8 and 9, Block 155, District Lot 343,
