THE FORM GUIDE
Cardiff Blues started the Rainbow Cup with an
away loss to Ospreys on 24 April, going down
36-14 at Liberty Stadium. In the following round,
the Blues came away with a one point win over
Dragons, a late try from Teddy Williams proving
the difference. At Parc y Scarlets on 15 May,
once again just one point separated the sides
at the final whistle. Cardiff claimed a 29-28
victory despite a flurry of second half tries from
Scarlets.
In the regular Guinness PRO14 season, Cardiff
Blues played in Conference B, finished in fourth
place behind Munster, Connacht and Scarlets.
Cardiff Blues went through to the ‘Round of 16’
