The general public is to be advised that a New<br />
Zealand Army Exercise will be conducted in<br />
the West Melton Rifle Range area over the<br />
period 15-16 <strong>July</strong> <strong>2021</strong><br />
The exercise will involve up to 60 personnel<br />
of 2/1 Battalion, Royal New Zealand Infantry<br />
Regiment from Burnham Military Camp.<br />
Training will involve soldiers throwing HE<br />
Hand Grenades from 10am until 4pm.<br />
The New Zealand Army takes fire risk seriously<br />
and will ensure fire mitigation is present.<br />

NOTIFICATION OF THE SUMMARY OF SUBMISSIONS AND CALL FOR<br />
FURTHER SUBMISSIONS ON PRIVATE PLAN CHANGE REQUEST 75<br />
Yoursection Limited has requested to rezone approximately 24.7 hectares of Rural Inner<br />
Plains-zoned land to Living Z in Rolleston. <strong>Selwyn</strong> District Council notified the private<br />
plan change request (PC75) for public consultation on 5 May <strong>2021</strong>, and submissions<br />
closed on 2 June <strong>2021</strong>.<br />
A summary of the submissions on PC75, along with a copy of the original submissions,<br />
is now available for viewing online at Council libraries and service centres, and online<br />
at www.selwyn.govt.nz/pc75. A hard copy of this information is available for viewing at<br />
Council’s Rolleston Headquarters.<br />
Further submissions<br />
Further submissions may only be lodged by the following:<br />
· Any person representing a relevant aspect of the public interest; and<br />
· Any person that has an interest in the plan change greater than the interest the public<br />
has; and<br />
· The local authority itself.<br />
Further submissions must be limited to matters either in support of or in opposition to an<br />
original submission made on PC75. This must be in writing and in accordance with Form 6,<br />
which is available from any Council service centre or online at www.selwyn.govt.nz/pc75.<br />
Further submissions may be:<br />
· posted to: Planning Department, <strong>Selwyn</strong> District Council, PO Box 90, Rolleston 7643<br />
Attention: Further Submission on PC75<br />
· delivered to: A <strong>Selwyn</strong> District Council service centre in Darfield, Leeston, Lincoln<br />

A person who makes a further submission must also serve a copy of it on the person<br />
