Objective:
To provide technical support to
teachers per grade level in using the
different available technology in
teaching.

Strategy:
Assign an ICT focal person per grade
level for easy implementation,
monitoring of school ICT related
projects/communications & giving
technical assistance to teachers in
using the technology.

Activities:
1. Teachers technology training per grade level thru LAC
sessions & InSet.
2. Provide simple troubleshooting & updates in the use
of technology in teaching (DigiTools).
3. Assist in the technical issues with the use of Google for
Education & Microsoft 365.

Output:
1. Safekeeping of teachers &
pupils email accounts on fast
request for password reset.

for teaching.

Accomplishments:
1. School based G-Suite & Office 365 Training.
2. Creation of depedpasay accounts to
teaching/non-teaching & all the pupils of KES.
3. Utilization of Office 365 accounts.
4. Basic Troubleshooting.
5. Regular LAC session of DigiTools.

Issues/Problems/Challenges:
1. iTech team spends too much time in
providing technical assistance for the
teachers.
2. Overloaded work.

Recommendation/Action Points:
1. Add another ICT tech support per
grade level.
2. Provide basic software/hardware
training for the ICT team.
3. Schedule at least quarterly training
for the ICT Team.
