BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Proposed project is the first comprehensive
wellness and healthcare city in Malaysia and
Southeast Asia. The healthcare-based mixed
development spans over seven plots and
26.46 acres of land, which will be developed
over a 10-year period.
The masterplan consists of:
Plot 1: Medical specialist suites, commercial/
hotel suites, including a traditional Chinese
medicine centre;
Plot 2 & 3: Resort-style retirement living homes
offering Independent Living Units (ILU) adjacent
to the hospital, medical specialist suites, and
healthcare mall;
Plot 4: SOHO Tower, Office Tower, Healthcare
Mall and proposed Cancer Hospital;
Plot 5: A 624-bed tertiary hospital with Centres
of Excellence in cardiology, spine health, neuro
health, sports medicine, plastic cosmetics
surgery, fertility, stem cell therapy, and etc. It will
also include R&D laboratories and facilities for
clinical studies; and,
Plot 6 & 7: Serviced apartments, SOHO and
commercial units.
