Qorone has developed a range of
outdoor furniture using the same
construction techniques as its Qorone
structures, for the same look, feel and
durability. Handcrafted in Somerset,
the furniture sets comprise tables and
bench seating that are designed to be
festival-proof!
Coated in the same high quality
varnish as the Qorone walls, mud is no
problem and the furniture can be easily
wiped clean. And like the benches built
into the Qorone walls, the seating is
angled just right for optimum comfort.
The idea for the furniture arose from
a desire to expand Qorone’s offering
at events. While the structures draw
people inwards with their welcoming
circular space and central fire, the
design team wanted to create a seating
area outside that fits perfectly with
the aesthetic. As standalone items,
the natural wood finish will enhance
any setting, providing comfort and
practicality.

A new addition to BCT Outdoors’ Nomadic Range, the Social Pod
is ideal for alfresco dining either at a glampsite or in a pub beer
garden. It is even happy at home on a patio.
The social pod is made in the UK. The frame comes in 1.3m
sections which are 2.6m wide so pods can be 2.6m, 3.9m or 5.2m
long. The height at the centre is 2.6m.
The frame is manufactured from 32mm diameter bright zinc
plated steel tube with a 1.5mm wall thickness. The cover is a
marquee quality PVC coated polyester, fire retardant to all UK and
European fire regulations, anti-fungicide treated and lacquer coated
for easy cleaning.
Available in a variety of colours, the pod also features large fire
retardant picture windows down each side and a movable front and
back panel. A wash and reproof service is available.
