1.4 Disposition
The first chapter describes the background, aims, objectives and limitations of the study.
Methodological part of the research is overviewed in chapter two. In chapter three, there
is a theoretical overview on the types of investors and investments as well as property as
an asset.
The overview on economical situation and legal framework in residential markets in
Sweden and Switzerland is presented in chapter four to introduce current situation in both
countries. In chapters five and six there is detailed information on the office and
residential markets in Sweden and Switzerland.
In chapters seven and eight there is information on current situation about investments in
office and residential markets in both countries.
The analysis of the data received from the companies, which participated in the research,
is presented in chapter nine. In this chapter there is also information on the companies,
which were chosen for the research.
In the last chapter, chapter ten, there are final conclusions, discussion and
recommendations which are made on the basis of this research.
