HOSPITAL SERVICES
Interesting head treatment by Lois Werner
with Warren Trautman
Another year of transporting patients comes to a close. Many drivers have been transporting several
times per week, and indications are that we may see an increase in transports in the coming months. So
if you have spare time, and are willing to help out, join the Hospital Service Unit. It is very rewarding.
Although the Hospital Service Unit was unable to participate in any of the local holiday parades, our
newly elected president, Noble Ken Flynn, assures us that we will be participating next year. The HSU
float is a great form of local advertising for the Shrine Hospital, Rajah Shrine and our transportation
service.
Noble Ken, our Hospital Ambassador, presented the Pretzel Bowl King and Queen to reign over the
event. A job well done by all.

Our officers have been elected to serve next year. A special thanks to our departing president Noble
Barry Weisser for facilitating our meetings and providing great lunches following the meetings. Also, we do not want to forget
Noble Eric Kissinger who also provided nourishment for the members.
Remember, it’s all about the kids.
