Spend a day with TOCK, there will be games to play and<br />
important things to learn. <strong>The</strong>re will be upcycle activity<br />
to help Envirokids see the value in reusing and upcycling before<br />
recycling. This event will be held at the new Riverlution<br />
Eco Hub, not in the kiosk in the Botanic Gardens, so plan<br />
accordingly. This is a free event and open to kids five to 13.<br />

Sunday from 11.15am-12.15pm<br />
Take your friends and family and try laughter yoga, for all<br />
ages and physical capabilities. Gentle stretching, breathing<br />
and laughter exercises. Take a picnic for afterwards. Laughter<br />
is the body’s natural antidote to stress, it’s very simple,<br />
powerful and fun. <strong>The</strong> event will be running in line with<br />
Covid restrictions will be social distanced. This event is run<br />
by the facilitators of the St Albans Laughter Club which is<br />
running weekly online laughter session during the pandemic.<br />

Manu competition<br />
Friday, 6pm-7pm<br />
Manu competitions continue this Friday. Get amongst<br />
the fun and join any over summer to win prizes and become<br />
the city council manu champion. Six heats will be held at city<br />
council pools across the city ahead of the grand final in March<br />
at Jellie Park. <strong>The</strong> four categories – under 13s, 13 to 18 years,<br />
