Happy 2022 to all our readers!!!
2021 hasn’t been an easy year for any of us, and
we were glad to see the back of it! We are now
focusing on all things positive.
Here at NG HQ we want to get fitter (ready for
a spring 10k - watch this space) and healthier.
Nothing motivates us more than some new kit
- if you are due some new gym wear, check out

We are always being told to eat less meat for
various reasons, so we thought we would ask
Cat’s dad, Pete, who used to run a wholefood
